Gordius Consulting, LLC (“Gordius”) was created and exists to help companies protect, preserve and enhance enterprise value against increasingly complex economic, legal and regulatory environments. Gordius Consulting was founded on April 22, 2008 and is headquartered in Kingwood, Texas.

Gordius is built behind two key leaders in the forensics and litigation disputes industry. Wayne R. Wilson, CPA has more than 15 years of experience in accounting and finance serving as a named financial expert on some of the largest and most complex international arbitrations in history. Michael Thompson, CPA/ABV, CFE has more than 18 years of experience in the financial and accounting industry focusing primarily on insurance damages and fraud investigations. Both Mr. Wilson and Mr. Thompson have extensive experience valuing damages and have significant experience and expertise in managing staff, offices, and companies.
